What Kreyaa is

Kreyaa is a service that helps shoppers find which nearby shops have an item and helps shops share what they stock. Kreyaa is not a seller. Purchases are made in the shop, directly between you and the shop.

Stock information

Stock and prices are provided by shops. Kreyaa shows when each shop last checked, but cannot guarantee that an item is available or that a price has not changed.

Hold requests

A hold is a request that a shop keep an item aside for the time you chose. It is not a reservation or a sale until the shop confirms, and even then the shop may be unable to keep the item if you do not arrive in time. No payment is taken through Kreyaa.

Shops

If you register a shop you confirm you are allowed to act for it, that the details you give are accurate, and that you will keep stock and prices reasonably current and answer hold requests honestly. We may remove a shop or listing that is false, unsafe or unlawful.

Using Kreyaa

• Do not misuse the service, send spam hold requests, or attempt to access other people's data.
• Do not upload photos or text you have no right to use, or that are unlawful or offensive.
• We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Our responsibility

Kreyaa is provided "as is" while it is being tested and launched. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for a wasted trip, an item sold elsewhere, or a dispute between a shopper and a shop. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Karnataka have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@kreyaa.in.
